Does MW4 have Zombies?

No. DMZ is the third mode. It is not a Zombies rename.

From my notes. I checked the official mode list: campaign, multiplayer, DMZ. A separate explainer reaches the same conclusion. I am not leaving a door open for a launch-day Zombies playlist that the patch notes do not contain.

DMZ is squads of up to three, twenty squads, extraction rules, orders and a trait tree. Start at the DMZ guide.

If you wanted round-based Zombies, that is a different Call of Duty entry. It is not included with the $69.99 Standard edition of this game.
