Sixteen single-player missions. No co-op. Reported clears land between 6 and 10 hours, with a longer completionist range.
From my notes. I used the campaign early-access post for the mission count and the official campaign page for the two leads: Park Hyun-Jun and Captain Price. I did not treat any one outlet's hour count as the official timer.
Two stories
Park Hyun-Jun is a South Korean marine in the invasion of the fictional city Hajin. Captain Price is on an off-book hunt for The Archer. The lines meet in Hajin. Locations also include New York, Paris and Mumbai.
There is no co-op campaign. Split-screen, where it exists, is for multiplayer. Difficulty names published by Game8 are Recruit, Regular, Hardened, Veteran, Realism and YOLO. Realism is the gate to YOLO. I am not telling you a pause-menu button, because the guide sentence that mentions one was written against MW3 by mistake.

16, in the list Game8 updated on 20 October 2026. Activision has not posted its own public list.
Is the campaign co-op?
No. It is single-player.
How long is it?
Outlets report about 6 to 10 hours for the story and 12 to 14 hours for a fuller clear.
