Security and upscaler settings are published. A universal sensitivity is not.
From my notes. I can point at the PC blog for DLSS, FSR and XeSS. I will not paste a 12-click AMD Adrenalin preset from a forum. Language changes exist because the game ships many languages; the exact menu path was not copied from a capture.
PC
Minimum and recommended hardware are on system requirements. Turn on TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot before you troubleshoot a launch error. Intel Arc wants Resizable BAR. RICOCHET is the anti-cheat.
If frame generation is unstable, disable it before you blame the GPU tier. That is general PC advice, not a measured MW4 bug list.
Console and language
PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2 do not use the PC spec table. Switch 2 adds gyro and Joy-Con 2 mouse controls. Full voice localization includes English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
Field of view and deadzone numbers change by patch. I am not printing a 'best' number from a single clip.

Check TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and that the CPU supports AVX. Known issues also mention an Xbox PC launch bug.
How do I change language?
The game includes the languages listed above. The menu path was not re-captured, so it is not spelled out as button presses.
